The advanced curriculum revolves around learning the Parkour Specialization Pentagon System (PSPS). The five specializations must be explored one by one and be known by the student. These five concepts are the core of what should be mastered in Parkour, whether it be mentally or physically.
After learning all of these concepts, the student has to clearly know what his strengths and weaknesses are. Given that, he must then choose which specialization he wants to focus on and start exploring further into it.
These are the levels where we focus more on the mental development of the student: fear management, personal goal setting, problem-solving, homework, etc.
You begin to develop a mastery of your sport, creating your own type of movement and style, discovering what it is that brings you joy in your training and putting an emphasis on that.
