Even though some of the basic acrobatic techniques are found in our Parkour program, we've created a group of classes that only focuses on the acrobatic movements. This is for people who want to get better at flipping or for people who merely wish to skip parkour altogether and solely focus on this type of movement.
Acrobatics - Preparation Class:
This is a preparation class for people who want to eventually learn flips and spins. No prior experience needed. We will work on flexibility and mobility, rolling, handstands, spatial awareness and general strengths needed for acrobatics.
Acrobatics - Basics Class
In this class, you will find basic gymnastics skills, the three basic acrobatics skills (frontflip, backflip and side flip) and variations of these basic flips.
